    This is the web site of Globe Rowing Club, rowing from Greenwich since 1923. Based at the Trafalgar Rowing Centre close to the heart of historic Greenwich and only minutes from Cutty Sark DLR, Greenwich and Maze Hill train stations, Globe offers competitive as well as recreational rowing and sculling on an exciting and varied stretch of almost 9 miles of the River Thames from Tower Bridge to the Thames Barrier.

Head of the River Race 2010

Photography: Birdman Photography Well done to our men’s VIII IM3 crew. Setting a time over the championship course of 19minutes 35 seconds. Starting at 308 they finished 246, and 66/129 in their class. Considering the quick formation of the crew a good performance. Click for more information

Junior Inter-regional Regatta

Globe juniors have been selected to represent the region at this years Inter-regional Regatta at the National Watersports Centre in Nottinghamshire.
