PLEASE NOTE: THIS COURSE IS FULLY BOOKED.
Beginners will be taken through all basic rowing techniques using the tank, gym and water sessions; provided with a written introduction to rowing including notes for new rowers. Beginners will also be required to keep a logbook to assist their progress including a self-assessment and an final assessment of how they wish to progress following the course.
The course will finish up with a Beginners Race and end get together with Club members. More details on the Events page.
