Successful Weekend for Globe

On Sunday 25th April, whilst many were pounding the streets around London, the National Inter-regional Junior Championships took place. Globe had many of its junior members representing the South East Region. They were;

Shorcha Liston Smith in J14 1X

Alicia Buckley/Molly Akinson in J14 2X

J14 4x+  Sophie Pritchard, Molly Atkinson, Alice Dwyer and Alicia Bucley, coxed by Sorcha.

Isobel Turner (WJ16) and Jack Davidson (J15) were in composite crews.

Everyone did very well and made it through their heats to the “A” finals. Very well done.

Also on Sunday Joe Hollier won his Nov 1x final at Lea Regatta, congratulations Joe all the training and hard work has paid off.
