    This is the web site of Globe Rowing Club, rowing from Greenwich since 1923. Based at the Trafalgar Rowing Centre close to the heart of historic Greenwich and only minutes from Cutty Sark DLR, Greenwich and Maze Hill train stations, Globe offers competitive as well as recreational rowing and sculling on an exciting and varied stretch of almost 9 miles of the River Thames from Tower Bridge to the Thames Barrier.

Coaching at Greenwich

To all active members, Gus will be coaching in Greenwich on the following dates; Saturday 3 July at 0815 Wednesday 7 July at 1900 Sunday 11 July at 0800 Please take note and be sure to make the most of these dates.

Richmond Regatta

Our Women’s IM2 and Novice 4+ crews were competing last weekend at Richmond Regatta. All good experience for the Novice squad, who unfortunately failed to make it through to the final. Our IM2 crew come home with some silverware, even if it wasn’t the way they would have expected. For further information click here.

Spring/Summer Beginners Course Ends

Twelve people took up our 10 week Beginners Course in the Spring and have now completed the course. The highlight of which was their first taste of club racing on Sunday.
